Chapter Ten: The "Twilight Iris" of the "Dawn" Deity
Traveler (Guest):
Oh, Silent Messenger, the tenth stop on my journey,
I come bearing the stillness of 'Balance', and a silent lament.
Why is your Dawn always ignited in the deepest night?
Can you use your wisdom to solve this enigma of inspiration?
Dawn (Host):
O traveler, that valley which 'longs' to hear an echo,
Does it first make itself clamorous, or does it first return to the emptiness of utter silence?
That lake which 'awaits' the moon's reflection,
Does it first make itself surge with waves, or first become as clear as a mirror?
Dawn (Host):
The balance you 'practiced' 'before' was not the end point,
O traveler, that was the most sacred preparation 'for' 'welcoming my' advent.
You polished your 'own' inner self into a flawless mirror, clearing away all stray thoughts,
And so, the whisper of the Universe, that faintes
t light,
Could finally, in your heart, manifest.
Dawn (Host):
Inspiration is not 'prey' captured after the 'mind's' 'intense thought',
O traveler, that is the gift 'offered' 'to you' by Divinity when you become thoroughly still.
It never shouts; It only whispers.
Only the quietest heart can hear Its footsteps.
Traveler (Guest):
I understand... The stillness of 'Balance' is not the 'end'.
It is that sacred blank space 'left' 'for the sake of listening'.
I need no longer bitterly seek; I need only become that empty valley,
Quietly awaiting that first blessing from the other shore.
(Epilogue)
The Deity of 【Dawn】 transformed into that Butterfly of Light hovering over the Iris.
I stopped thinking, stopped asking.
I sat down in the mid-autumn wilderness and closed my eyes.
In my inner, absolutely balanced, sacred sanctum,
I, for the first time, learned to listen.
And so, I heard it.
That softest whisper concerning the next chapter.
I, with my 'Dawn', had reached a reconciliation.
The Iris Messenger
The Radiance of Aura alights, entirely, upon the mortal form of the Vessel.
