《Throne Meditation: How, for your Inner "Territory," to Demarcate the Sacred "Boundary"》

"Boundary," is a, often, "Misunderstood" "Word." In, the old "Cognition," it, seems, always, with "Selfishness," "Indifference," "Isolation" associated. But, in "the Queen's" "Dictionary," "Boundary," has, a, completely, different "Definition."

It, is not, a, wall used to "Push Away" the world, but, a, "Luminous Fence," gentle and firm, used to "Guard" the inner "Garden." It, not, (is) directed at "Anyone," it, only, (is) loyal to "Yourself." It, is, toward, the entire cosmos, declaring: "Here, I, am in charge of everything. Here, I, am entirely, Responsible." And, this "Declaration," is "Kingship's" "Cornerstone."

【Inner Practice: Surveying Your "Sacred Territory"】

Please, find a, "Moment" not to be disturbed, safely "Sit" down. You can, choose, to wear, or, place 【Ash of Roses】, before you. Close both eyes, conduct, three, deep, long "Breaths."

【Act One: Ascending the Throne】

Visualize, in, your "Heart's" "Center," there is, an, open, tranquil "Sacred Temple." The Temple's "Very center," is placed, a, belonging solely to you "Throne." It, perhaps, (is) magnificent, perhaps, (is) simple. Please, trust, your, "First Impression" (that) you see. Now, please, "Internally," slowly, walk forward, safely, sit upon, your "Throne." Feel, that, chair-back, that which (it) gives you "Support," feel, that, armrest, that which (it) transmits "Stability." Here, you, are, the Only Master.

【Act Two: Surveying the Domain】

Seated safely upon "the Throne," now, please, with "the Queen's" "Perspective," begin, to survey, your, possessed "Sacred Territory." They, are, your, life "within," most, precious "Assets": Your 【Time】: That, every minute, every second, non-"renewable" "Life-stream." Your 【Energy (Jingli)】: Your, "Life-energy" used to "Create," "Love," and "Experience." Your 【Emotions】: Your, inner, that, like "Tide," surging "Sea of Feeling." Your 【Beliefs】: Your, "Inner Compass" used to, calibrate "Life's Course."

【Act Three: Defining the Borders】

Now, please, for your, every inch "of Territory," demarcate, that, clear, and, "Love-filled" "Boundary." This, is not, a "Tense" "Process," but a "Gentle" "Promise." Please, in (your) heart, to yourself, complete, this "Authorization":

"I, authorize, myself, (I) can, to, those, consuming my 【Time】, meaningless 'Invitations,' gently, say 'No'." "I, authorize, myself, (I) can, move away from, those, continuously, draining my 【Energy】, 'People' and 'Things'." "I, authorize, myself, (I) need not, for, others' 【Emotions】, be overly 'Responsible,' nor, allow, others, to, casually, dump 'Emotional Garbage' into my heart." "I, authorize, myself, (I) can, firmly, guard, my, inner 【Beliefs】, even if, it, is not 'Understood'."

【Act Four: Illuminating the Luminous Fence】

Finally, please, visualize, a, by, warm, bright "Light," "formed" "Fence," from, beneath your "Throne," rising, and, will, you, and, all your "Sacred Territory," entirely, gently, envelop. This "Light," is "By-Invitation-Only." Only, those, respecting you, and, for you, bringing "Nourishment" "Energies," may, be, by you, joyfully "Welcomed in." Abide in, this "Light," again, conduct, three, deep, long "Breaths." Then, slowly, open, your "Eyes."

【Conclusion】 "Kingship," is not, an, outward "Conquest," but, an, inward "Guarding." When you, are able, clearly, to demarcate, and, gently, guard, your, inner "Boundary," you, then, need not, again, toward, anyone, "Prove," your "Crown." (It) is, because, your, every, "Choice" loyal to yourself, that (it) becomes, ever more, radiant, bright. You, sit safely upon "the Throne." The World, naturally will, toward, you, repay, its, proper "Respect."
