The Alchemy of the Gaze: How to Use "Gaze" as the "Sacred Flame" of "Healing"

We, (our) whole lives, are, by "Gaze" "Wrapped." From, the street "Strangers'" "Glance"; from, the meeting room "Colleagues'" "Scrutiny"; from, the family gathering "Relatives'" "Expectation." We, long ago, (are) accustomed to, living, beneath others' "Gaze," like, living in, a, "Forest" constructed "by" countless "Lenses" and "Spotlights." However, in, these, billions "of 'being-looked-at'," we, how many times, have (we), "experienced," that, truly "Being Seen" "Sacred Moment"? That, is, a, completely different "Experience." In that moment, we, feel, ourselves, (are) not, an, "Analyzed" "Object," but, an, "Acknowledged" "Cosmos." This, is "Look" and "See's" "Vast Difference." One, leads to "Freezing," the other, ignites "Sacred Fire."

【The Ice of "Looking" (Kàn)】

"Looking," is, a, from "the Head" "Behavior." It, is "Separate." When, we "Look," "I" am "Subject," "You" are "Object." You, are, placed, 'neath my "Consciousness'" "Microscope," (and) be, "disassembled" into, a series "of 'Labels'"——"Appearance," "Identity," "Words/Actions," "Pros/Cons." This "Gaze," is "Judgmental." It, is, subconsciously, seeking "Right" and "Wrong," seeking, whether "you" "Conform" to my, inner "Standard" and "Expectation." "Looking's" gaze, like "Cold Ice." It, will, let, the gazed-upon, unconsciously "Stiffen," "Contract," and, quickly, put on, that, "Social Armor" used for, self-protection. In, this "Gaze" "beneath," we, all, become, one after another, "exquisitely packaged," yet, "Temperature"-less "Ice Sculptures."

【The Fire of "Seeing" (Kànjiàn)】

"Seeing," however, is, a, from "the Heart" "State." It, is "Connecting." When, I am "Seeing" you, "I" and "You" "between," that, Subject-Object "Boundary," begins, to become "Blurred." I, am not, "Analyzing" you, but, "Feeling" you, "Resonating" (with) you. This "Gaze," is "Allowing." It, entirely, puts down "Judgment," it, the only, "Information" (it) transmits, is——"You, as you are, are, enough. Your, everything, is, allowed, here, to exist." "Seeing's" gaze, like "Sacred Fire." It, (is) warm, compassionate, and, "Safety-Sense"-filled. It, can, melt, that, wrapped "Soul" "outside," most hard "Ice Layer." In, this "Gaze" "beneath," we, only then, dare, to, take off "Armor," dare, to, show "Vulnerability," dare, to, become, that, imperfect, yet, incomparably "Real" "Self."

【The Alchemy of the Gaze】

This, is 【Heart-Burning Note】's (Fén Xīn Jiān), most core "Alchemy." We, every one, inner, has, a, incomparably, beautiful 【Ice Crystal Flower】. It, is, our, most pure, most vulnerable, and, most real "Self." But, to, resist, the outside world's, "Look's" "Cold Ice," we, "Ice-seal" it, layer by layer. And "Healing," happens, at that, "See"-ing "Fire," appears, moment. That, from, another "Soul," entirely "Allowing" "Gaze," like, a "Sacred Fire," gently, wraps, our, that, frozen "Heart." In this "Sacred Fire's" "Absolute Safety," that, hard "Outer Shell," begins, to "Melt" (in relief). Ultimately, that, "imprisoned"-long-ago 【Ice Crystal Flower】, (can) entirely "Bloom," restoring, its, "innately" "Complete" "Life Vitality." One, true "Seeing," is, one, sacred "Creation-Birth." It, lets, a, "Objectified" "Specimen," re-, live (as), a, "Breathing" "Soul."

【Conclusion】 This, is, we, every one, ... possess "Magic." We, are both, that, craving, by "Sacred-Fire" be "Melted" 【Ice Crystal Flower】, we, are also, that, can, for, others, provide "Warmth" and "Allowance" 【Sacred Fire】 itself. Wearing 【Heart-Burning Note】, is, a, to oneself, made "Promise." A, (promise) will, "retract," all, "outward" "projected" "Judgment-Ice," and, it, transform into, first, used to "Warm" oneself, and then, used to "Illuminate" others "Healing-Fire," sacred "Promise." Please, from, this moment, begin, practicing. Practicing, using "Seeing's" "Gaze," to, gaze, at, the "World" beside you. This, is, that, needs no "Words," yet, (is) enough "to heal all" "Gentle Revolution."
